My promise to you is this: I will involve you as much as you require in the process of building a PC that is completely suited to your needs. I will do whatever is necessary to make sure that you are satisfied with the work I am performing. I will involve you in anything you want to be involved in. If you would like to talk to me every step of the way, that’s fine. If you would like to see pictures of the parts I plan to use, or find online reviews of them, I can do that. If you want to watch me build it so that you are aware of what is happening to your machine we can find a way. Or if you just want me to hear you out and not come back until I’m ready to hand you the PC you want, we will do that. This process is all about you getting exactly what you want and I want you to feel as involved as you need to be in order to feel satisfied.
Additionally, in order to assure the quality of my work, for 60 days after you first get to power on your new computer I will troubleshoot any issues you may have with it for free. I take pride in my work and I have faith in my ability to push a computer to its limits, so if I have missed any small detail and it causes an issue after I have delivered the finish product to you I will fix it.
If that is not enough for you I also offer an extended service plan.
My extended service plan is offered on any PC I build. It covers any and all troubleshooting for 1 full year after the expiration of your 60-day guarantee for the low price of $75. After your initial 60 days is up I will repair any software or technical issue you have with the machine for free. Upgrades are also covered in this guarantee but are performed at base price. This means that any upgrades you require for the machine for the first year are performed without any labour fees. The price you pay for an upgrade will only be the price of the new part.
