When I build a custom PC we follow a very easy and efficient process from start to finish.
Understanding Your Current PC
I collaborate with you to determine the sort of uses your PC is for. I'll ask questions regarding the things you
do with and store on your computer to better understand what the machine I'm building is going to have to be capable of.
Your Expectations
We discuss what you are hoping from and expecting of your new build. Everything from how fast you want it to be right down to colour matching the
pieces for a desktop that is pleasing to the eye. This helps to determine where I need to emphasize the build so that it matches your requirements as closely as possible.
The First Draft
In this step I hit the drawing board (or online shopping cart as it were) and come up with an outline for what I think you want. I then bring this build to
you for a review of its price, capabilities etc. If you aren’t satisfied then I repeat this process until you are.
The Quote and Order
I select the pieces for the build we decide on and I quote you how much it will cost. As soon as payment is settled then I place my order and the components are on the way!>
The Build
Relatively self-explanatory. As soon as I receive all the parts to your computer I begin to put it together. After I build it its time to boot it up for the first time and set all
those pesky little Motherboard settings that make the difference between a computer that works and a computer that doesn’t. If I’m installing any software on it I will do so at this time.
My Tests
If I have a copy of windows to place on the PC (be it one you’ve ordered from me or one you have on you) I will put your new computer through its paces. I pride myself on the work I do and
I will not deliver a machine to you unless I am satisfied that it will perform to your expectations. If you’ve bought a gaming PC, I will load up some graphic-intense material and run it, if you purchased \
a Media PC I will make sure it’s sound and picture quality are top-notch.
In short: I will not ship a computer to you until it surpasses the expectations we came up with back in step 2.
Your New Computer!
Now that this bad-boy is built and is working like it should it’s time to get it into your hands. At this point we will discuss method of delivery; be it local pick-up/drop-off, shipping, etc.
